I traveled far
To a place so distant seasons never changed at all I returned last night
To feel the first cool breeze of fall
As I lay back in my bed

I saw the end
Shuffle gently into view
And then turn back again
So surprised at my reaction to this tired friend and what I thought he said

I hesitate
And it's strange in Philadelphia
