1.) You wake up, with the pictures of your dream in your mind
You look around and you try to fight against the frighten thoughts
You close your eyes and the well known feeling knocks on your door
Your mouth is dry, but you need more than water to drink

Bridge: And your tears fall down, they wash away all your hope,
they're not able to bring back the green, the ground is dry,
it's like quaking sand and you feel like there is no way out

Ref.: I just try to be around, when your strenght is gone and your colours faded away,
I will try to hold your brush, to make you start to paint again, to bring the colours back in your life

2.) You look back, the past ways heavy, you search for air to breath
Silence's around, but for you it's loud, so you try to run away
Stop to run, the past is over, the way out is in front of you
