The Wolf

The moon is standing high,
A wolf is crawling around,
A distant whisper in the wind
Tells me - he comes tonight.
The wolf is howling loud,
Like a broken word is the sound,
It seems like he is weeping,
It tells me - he comes tonight.

He will never fade away,
He is always here to stay,
Even death can kill him now.

Like a thief in the night,
He stole the words right from my mouth,
Through his beauty I see,
He took all the blame
Right from my heart.

The white wolf is slowly running,
To catch my heart when I fall.
He is my soul, he is my life,
White wolf - youre my life.

I see the stars above me,
The wolf he tries to flee,
But silently he passes me by,
I think he'll give me another try.

The wolf is crying,
Like a broken heart is the sound,
Finally he found a distance,
It tells me, he wont come tonight.

He will never, never fade away,
He is always here to stay,
Even death cant kill him now.
