Where did you go to? You're out of my sight.
I've had to say no to my brightness and light.
The loss nearly killed me, I've had to release
The feelings that filled me, my struggle, my please.

Where is the sun to meet me and feed me,
The guidance to lead me where we have begun?
Where is the space that I want to live in
And feel free to give in?
I look for your face.

I know how to live now, I've suffered the pains,
But I've nothing to give now, and the silence remains.
I wait for this one thing, a voice or a word,
There's got to be something, I just hope I'll be heard.
