Vestal virgins laugh
In the swirling smoke
As the pyramid explodes

I poke down the Nile
I see the Sphinx smile
She knows who I am
As she grabs me by the hand

Well I sat at my trial
And the pharaoh smiled
Said he knows what I am

I'm the curse, I'm the birth
I'm the reaper and the plague
And I want you little man

The Sphinx smiles and spreads her wings

I scream and shout
Turn myself to run
And the worlds disappear

I'm in a maze that sways
I've forgotten what the day is
And my body shakes with fear

I must try to escape
Before the Minotaur awakes
Now my body feels like lead

I try to open doors
But I've led me there before
