When private rainclouds form
And tears seem the likely solution
Try to shelter from the storm
Who knows what tomorrow might bring

Now the sun breaks through the dark
And life isn't quite as confusing
Release your cloud of woe
And follow its course with your eyes

Higher higher into the blue sky
Higher higher than the tallest of mountains
Higher higher into the sunlight
Higher higher till it vanishes from view

And I will watch as it goes
And I will follow the cloud till it is gone

Though the past has let you down
Don't be too hard on the future
You can make it through the day
