When I woke up today I was dizzy in my brain
It's not that I like to feel this way
The wagon's shaking, I feel it start to tilt
And I just go tumbling right back in the whirlwind
And I find myself again

I cannot seem to hold on to a fucking thought
This whirlwind's got me and I'm racing out the door
It's alright for a while but when I try to focus
All my convictions come crashing down around me again
Sneaking up behind me when I ain't lookin'

Stare out my window, I smella sour mist come in
It's hovering around this house like some sort of doom and cloud

I cannot seem to put my thoughts within a line
This whirlwind breaks it up like dust within a storm
When it rains it pours until we haven't got no more
And I just go tumbling in this whirlwind, whirlwind again

It's been a week now, and I haven't seen daylight
And all the pieces's wagon, I fall across the floor
A few pieces missing, maybe I can make it work
At my feet the wagon's in a million pieces
Gotta find the strength to build it back up again
