He lived his life in suffering,
Though so clear, joy he never lacked,
A fighter till the very end.

But Danny you are free at last

Run to Jesus Danny boy,
He waits for you expectantly.
Walk into His open arms
Hell hold you near eternally

Hes seen your suffering
And known your pain,
Our precious Daniel,
Run to Jesus,
You have made it home.

Oh its so ironic
We are here left to grieve,
But Dannys made into heaven.
One day I will see
Ill see Danny run to me.

Once its all been said and done,
We are here but just to pass.
We lose, we gain, we feel the joy and pain,
We lost a son and friend
But gained an angel
