On the bottom of the ocean, only one thing I could think: how'd it feel to be breathing Heaven's oxygen tank?

If I could get a breath from something that's not corroded and rank, I want to take a drag from Heaven's oxygen tank,

I'd like to meet me an angel, like on the TV show, where she's fixing up a broken-hearted, flesh-covered ghost, sunlight shining in her hair.

I'd say, "Angel, I got a question, and I'm gonna be point blank: could you give me just a taste of Heaven's oxygen tank?"

If she said, "I don't know what you mean, boy," then I'd know it was a prank, 'cause every angel surely knows all about Heaven's oxygen tank,
Heaven's oxygen tank.

I don't know if it's really like a TV show, but I do believe in those flesh covered spirits, you know, breathing out God's love.

I lost my mum at sixteen; she's buried by the river bank,
