I'll try

It's early in the morning
And my senses are not
Awake, yet.
And when I think of all
The things I have to do today
I would rather stay in bed.

But there is something, that
Forces me to go on, i, I want you
... to know ... that

I, I will try to keep my face
And my head up high.
It's not that kind of easely
As it always seems to be.

It's a strange day i'm walking through
And only strange people i'm talking to.
Nothing's like yesterday,
But nothing quite new.

And so I often wonder,
What to say or what to do.
But i, I just want you
To know ... that

I, i'll try ...

Even in times
Of hate and lies -
I promise myself,
That I ....
