Because it appears someone is quite fond of you. She has you in her loving grasp. But why don't you appear ecstatic, but rather in a panic. Well I would be too, if my legs were severed through, nothing below the knees. All her attention is focused on you. Oh what to do, when your someone else's food. Don't look at me cause I won't lend a helping hand. This is nature you understand. An act as natural as sex and breath, defecation and death. To intervene is to break a cycle, a tradition made immortal, by the same means of evolution that skipped the genus Homo. The same cycle that gave your friend beneath her perfect white teeth. A body that surpasses machines of man, built only for speed. But never fear, the end is near. She will only take a couple more couple more bites, then retreat to the bottom where the kelp surrounds her, remaining out of sight. Have a little patience, she simply waits for you to bleed. An apex predator of the sea. Something you've raped and plundered for far too long. Can you see yourself floating a few feet away. What a great way to spend your last day.
