Life with you was like a dream, it made me all believe and seem that even roses grow in waste, this life, this air, this taste meant more to me than i can say, but i guess life it is about change, and accepting that maybe maybe something might come your way.
I said oh no you can go i'm too far gone, lost from you.
There were so many nights I long to sing your song, now i'm through.
You made my life glass full of plenty, never sorrow never empty, until you left I hit floor, this glass could not hold water anymore.
We stood on a mountain high where birds and eagles of colour fly, until you fell, i fell too far, to feel feelings that allow me to climb above this shattered glass and see the future approaching fast.
A dustpan and broom is all I need, there are other cliffs and glasses that will fend for me.
I said oh no you can go, i'm too far gone.
Lost from you.
There were so many times i longed to sing your song.
Now i'm through.
It is broken, its revealed, on these stars and in these shields.
And although time is overtaking you now, you feel them as you yield.
