I could leave here
My only regret
Being shy
And the work I left behind.
I resigned
Til this evening
When I lost my mind
Over you
Suddenly I'd like to go on living.
I'm not scared
I never wanted
A kid, or even an automobile.
Maybe here I'm in agreement
With Schopenhauer
On love.
Suddenly I'm dying to leave the city
And I realize
Suddenly I'd like to have a child.
I can achieve
A healthy routine
Solitude and Hollywood romance.
But I want more now
I rescind it
I'll throw it away
For Love.
And the day I'm writing songs again
And I realize
Suddenly I'd like to change my name.
I was never built for being lonely
And I realize
Suddenly I'm dying to live in Rome.
