He paused in the seat and look from the hill all the land and the people he loved.
He said its the last time
That i see this place
And i wonder just whats his spoke off
Then i recall how he held his wife close
And i though his heart would break in two.
When he finally left her
He turn back to say
Don't forget that i alway love you...

This is our life farewall
This will be our final goodbye
I'm not afraid to die for our cause is just
And God we will trust
Even so its our las farewell
And after the tear drops are dry
We'll rejoice on high again but until them goodbye.
Later in prison while i've waiting with him we heard the shots on the street
A blood thirsting mob that they never rest
Till my friend's body laids on the street
He turned to me to ask if I stay, I could see the question in his face
Never could I for secure i said
What i'll do is died in your place
