The quality of life has been compromised by technological gentrification
There goes the neighborhood, still got the Greene's and the Brown's
But once the computers moved in the brains moved out
They had a welcome party invited everybody
I couldn't connect cause my signal was a little spotty
I asked a server toesh my cocktail
He said he'd send a link to the recipe via email
So I just stood there lookin at my cell phone
Waiting for the link to hit I realized I am all alone
At home in my underwear could swore I was there, I was there, I was there
But I didn't go nowhere
