Did you feel left out?

I try real hard, but I can't understand.
I see your wisdom when I look into your hands.
Time
Has changed so much since when you were young.
It seems like yesterday when you were having fun.

When I got up,
Got up this morning I took a deep breath and then
That's when I said to myself: "here I go again."
I had to look for it, imagine, I could not ignore it.
