Our father, the Sun

To emancipate us mortals of our impending demise

The flame grows higher
Time has now ceased to exist
The Sacred fire from aeons past burns once again

Incinerating my skin

The pain is excruciating
My flesh begins to deform
The torture is never ending
Burning forevermore

Everything I once knew reduced to waste
This feeble life has been swept away

From the ashes of this world
A new one must be born
