Release: Old Time Small Time Revival

Time keeps moving forward and somehow I forgot
About that thing called growing up
A friend of my sister's came up to me and said
"you're too old to do this"
Its only when I'm tired that I think she may be right
They say you should be embarrassed by all the things
You do in your twenties, but after that all that shit should end
But I think I would rather die young, doing something I want
Doing something, having fun, then grow old asking why

I meet up with an old friend of mine
He said "I'm doing fine, with a low mortgage and a couple of kids"
But when he looked at me he broke right down and started to cry
When he realized I was not living like him
So we went out just for a drink or two
You know, to catch up on those old times
That's when I realized that the best time of his life
Would correspond with the worst time in mine
