We are children at a party
In a game of love and hate

I was thinking, you are laughing

Let's be friends again
Before it's too late..........

We are famous, we are destined
Though our time has not yet come
The role rol ewas made for us
The day that we met
Fits of passions, flights of anger
We're so eager to impress
And such a grand performance
I'll never forget.
Make what you want of it
Conscience be your guide
It doesn't matter who comes last
Or who goes first
Long past the point of it
Far from saving pride
Trying to sort the better from the worse

We are dancing, crowds are cheering
To the beating of a drum
Returning home again
From battles we've won
We are joyous for the moment
And the night is still so young
Why don't we stay together
No real damage done..........
